All our products are freshly baked to order. As a result:

• No cancellations or changes are allowed once the order is placed.

• We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds under any circumstances.

• If a delivery attempt is made and the order is not collected or received, it will not be considered a cancellation or be eligible for a refund.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

• We encourage customers to double-check their order details and availability before placing an order.
