What is Nanococo Bakery?

Nanococo Bakery is a home-based cloud kitchen offering handcrafted, healthy, and delicious baked goods made with love and clean ingredients.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid as we bake everything fresh, specifically for each customer. Why don’t you allow cancellations or refunds?

Each order is made fresh and customized just for you. Once an order is confirmed, we begin preparing ingredients and scheduling the baking process. Hence, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

Do you ship outstation or via courier?

Not at this time. Due to the freshness and delicacy of our products, we only offer local delivery and self-pickup.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Self-pickup is available from our cloud kitchen at a scheduled time. Details will be shared after confirmation.

What if I miss my delivery or fail to pick up the order?

As our products are freshly made per order, no replacements or refunds can be provided for missed deliveries or unclaimed pickups.

Do you use preservatives?

No. All our products are 100% preservative-free. We use only fresh and premium ingredients.

Can I customize my order/ Can I place a bulk or event order?

We offer customizations and bulk orders, but not via the website. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or call to discuss your specific requirements.

Do you offer eggless or gluten-free options?

Yes! We specialize in catering to dietary needs. You’ll find eggless, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, options across our menu.

How does your delivery timing work?

Orders placed before 1 PM are eligible for same-day delivery (subject to availability).

Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered the next day.

Note: Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.

Do you charge extra for delivery?

No, we offer free delivery within our service areas. There are no extra delivery charges—it's all included in your order.

Do you ship outstation or via courier?

No. We currently deliver only within our local delivery zone. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship via courier

Can I visit your bakery?

Nanococo Bakery is a home-based cloud kitchen, so we do not have a walk-in store. Orders are taken online and fulfilled via delivery or pickup only.
